Hi! My name is Bryony and I am a Freelance Marketeer, Health Blogger, Amateur Triathlete and coffee addict! I am passionate about the benefits of keeping fit and eating healthily, and living proof that you can fit it into a busy lifestyle. I am a firm believer that clean eating needs to be affordable. My ingredients come mainly from Tesco and everything I post I eat!
I am not a nutritionist or a personal trainer but I am both a fully qualified chef and fitness instructor! Although I haven’t worked in either of these industries for quite some time now, it gives me a pretty good background for writing healthy, delicious recipes and talking about health and fitness.
I swim, run, cycle, orienteer, hash and love heaving weights around when I can fit it in! I have competed in all distances and my proudest achievement is completing Ironman Austria in 2013 with a time of 13hrs and 5 mins.
My dream is to be a professional writer and to publish a recipe book.

A lot of healthy living or eat clean websites are very middle class, shop at farmers markets, expensive and prescriptive. cleanleanbean is about quick easy, inexpensive recipes and down to earth, training advice.

This is not a “look at me and my perfect life” blog. This is a “real life, being healthy can be difficult in this busy world, but this is how I manage it most of the time” blog. And its how I eat. This is what I actually do. Over the years I have refined my practices to make being healthy possible whilst working full time, having a time consuming hobby, a busy social life and not being a millionaire! I am delighted to share those hints and tips with you.
